Soap stars in Hamlet in April

David Heron will make his Shakespearean acting debut in an Off-Broadway production of Hamlet, opening on Friday, April 13 at Manhattan's Workshop Theatre. He joins a strong cast including soap veterans Timothy D. Stickney (R.J., One Life to Live) and Petronia Paley (ex-Quinee, Another World).

Heron and Timothy Stickney have also been undergoing several rigorous hours of stage combat and swordfighting training with acclaimed Fight Choreographer Ron Piretti, in preparation for their dramatic duel at the play's conclusion.

Hamlet runs at The Workshop Theatre through April 29. It is a production of Take Wing and Soar Productions.
