The Guiding Light writing team has been reduced by four members in the latest wave of budget cuts to hit the show.
Here's a run down of the writers who were cut:
Penelope Koechl (formerly a writer for As The World Turns)
Royal Miller (formerly a writer for As The World Turns, General Hospital, The City, Port Charles and All My Children)
David Smilow
Brett Staneart
Koechl, Miller and Staneart were part of the GL team that won the Writer's Guild of America Award in 2005.
