According to E! Online, sources over at NBC believe the Peacock net is moving forward on a second season of Friday Night Lights.
Although there is no official pickup yet, insiders tell E! the network is locking down the cast for the new season and making travel arrangments for upcoming press events. As you know, a couple of weeks ago, the network also ordered six scripts for the coming season. All this is a very good sign.
