Brooks Ashmanskas, who was most recently on Broadway in Martin Short: Fame Becomes Me, joins the cast of "All My Children" in a recurring role April 20.
Ashmanskas plays Leon, the producer of Erica Kane's talk show, "New Beginnings." Kane is played by Emmy Award winner Susan Lucci, who made a guest appearance during a performance of the now-closed Fame Becomes Me.
