They were the first soap couple I was rooting for. More than once, I played sick so I could stay home to watch them on Days.

Thanks for doing this interview. I've read their book and met them in person at a book signing. That was one of the biggest thrills of my life.

I especially appreciate Susan's honesty here, and in the book, about diva behavior and things she now regrets saying/doing. She's done a lot of soul searching over the years.

Glad they're still a part of the Salem canvas. Wish Days used them more now. Especially wish they occassionally showed some Doug and Julie flashbacks for us "oldtimers" who became soap fans specifically because of them.Jameshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04527835638959413151noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2585163331194032530.post-28130149615504380832010-05-13T03:04:11.371-04:002010-05-13T03:04:11.371-04:00MarkH, I hope we hear about her time at Y&R as...MarkH, I hope we hear about her time at Y&R as well. Loved her there!

Also am curious as to why she knocked back the role of Stephanie on B&B. It would have been interesting to see her take on that role.

As for Brenda Benet, that whole story is very sad, both her and her son.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15096826657485343791noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2585163331194032530.post-63515384846107267722010-05-12T20:52:28.756-04:002010-05-12T20:52:28.756-04:00I'm on record as loving this interview. Addressing Brenda Benet really means a lot.

I wonder if we'll hear any of Ms. Seaforth Hayes' thoughts on her stint at Y&R?Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17786080894058246344noreply@blogger.com
