Aharon Ipalé Dead at 74

Veteran actor Aharon Ipale died on Monday, June 27. He was 74.

The Morocco-born star passed away at his home in Israel following a battle with cancer.

Best known for his role as Pharaoh Seti in the Brendan Fraser-led The Mummy franchise, Ipale's acting career spanned over five decades.

He got his start on the small screen in the 1960s, and appeared in TV shows such as General Hospital, Charlie's Angels, Hawaii Five-O, Taxi, Miami Vice, Alias, and Ray Donovan - his last credit, from 2015.

In addition to starring in both The Mummy and The Mummy Returns, Ipale's film credits include Fiddler on the Roof, Ishtar and Charlie Wilson's War, among others.
