Aly Dies on 'The Bold and the Beautiful' as Actress Ashlyn Pearce Exits (Video)

Steffy and Ivy are horrified to realize Aly is dead.
Daytime TV's best soap, The Bold and the Beautiful, has hit another home run, with the surprising death of Aly Forrester (Ashlyn Pearce), during a confrontation with her cousin Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).

With the voice of her late mother, Darla, taking over Aly's thoughts, the young Forrester became more and more unbalanced in recent weeks, leading to eventually nearly hitting Steffy with her car. During a confrontation on the side of the road, Aly seems to calm down for a moment then picks up a tire iron and starts swinging. She then picks up a rock and is about to kill Steffy, when Steffy grabs the nearby tire iron and trips Aly, causing her to fall and hit her head. Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) arrives and witnesses Steffy's take down of Aly, but not the earlier confrontation. Paramedics arrive and declare Aly dead.

Watch the final moments of Thursday's dramatic B&B below:

Will everyone in the family believe it was a tragic accident? And will the police accept Steffy's story?

Ashlyn Pearce leaves The Bold and the Beautiful after nearly two years as Aly Forrester, the daughter of Darla and Thorne Forrester.

  1. Wonder who is going to clean up Aly's "Steffy the Demon" wall, and blackmail her when she's charged with murder? Or am I still living in 1970's soapland?

  2. While shocking, and Ashlyn Pearce's lovely performance, the story felt rushed and hollow. I wanted to see more of Aly. We've seen so little of her, it's hard to really care. Also, it's short-sighted to kill off a young legacy character in such a rushed manner. I think B&B's pacing and character development has always been a problem (although I love the addition of the Avant family.)
