Crystal Hunt Sentenced to Three Years Probation

Actress Crystal Hunt was sentenced Friday to three years of probation for flinging a glass in a woman's face.

The former One Life to Live and Guiding Light star entered a no contest plea to the charge of felony assault by means likely to produce great bodily injury stemming from the December 13 incident at a West Hollywood bar, according to the Los Angeles County district attorney's office.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Kathryn Solorzano immediately sentenced Crystal Hunt to 45 days of work with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and three years probation following her plea.

Hunt threw a pint glass at the woman after an altercation at the bar, causing cuts to her face, prosecutors said.

Hunt played Lizzie Spaulding on Guiding Light from 2003 to 2006 and Stacey Marasco on One Life to Live from 2009 to 2012.

Pop (formerly TVGN) recently announced that Hunt would star in the network's upcoming docu-series Queens of Drama, which follows a group of former daytime and primetime soap stars as they attempt to produce a new primetime serial drama to star in. The cast is made up of Hunt, Lindsay Hartley (All My Children, Days Of Our Lives), Vanessa Marcil (Beverly Hills, 90210, General Hospital), Chrystee Pharris (Passions, General Hospital) and Hunter Tylo (The Bold and The Beautiful), together with Donna Mills (Knots Landing, Melrose Place), who will make special appearances on the program.
