CONFIRMED! Billy Miller to 'General Hospital'

With a month of Y&R episodes to possibly submit, and GH to come,
will Billy Miller add a fourth Emmy to his mantle next year? And for
which soap?
Billy Miller is joining the cast of ABC soap opera General Hospital as Jason Morgan.

On Tuesday morning, General Hospital executive producer Frank Valentini confirmed the longstanding rumor of Billy Miller joining the show. Valentini tweeted to head writer Ron Carlivati: "Billy Miiller is joining the cast of @GeneralHospital in the role of Jason Morgan. Welcome to Port Charles Billy #GH"

Replied Carlivati, "Wow, that is huge. #GH #IBetterStartWriting"

Miller won his third Daytime Emmy Award in June for his portrayal of Billy Abbott on The Young and the Restless. He will now take over the role of Jason, a character played for over two decades by current The Young and the Restless actor Steve Burton. Burton stars as Dylan McAvoy on Y&R.

  1. He better be Jason Q and not Stone Cold!!!!

  2. It would be such a total waste of Billy's talents if they make him Jason Morgan. Any number of actors can play that Borg part. Hell, Ronn Moss could likely shine in that part.

Now, if they want to give Billy something worthy of his talents, they'll make him Jason Quatermaine. Tons of storyline potential with Jason Q wrestling with his past as an assassin.
