1966: On PEYTON PLACE, Betty Anderson (Barbara Parkins) married her second husband, Steven Cord (James Douglas).

1967: On ANOTHER WORLD, Danny Fargo (Antony Ponzini) continued to torment Missy in her dreams.

1969: On DARK SHADOWS, Quentin (David Selby) rushed downstairs to the drawing room looking for Edward but found Laura instead. He was shocked, and insisted that she was dead and couldn't really be there.

1980: On THE EDGE OF NIGHT, Raven (Sharon Gabet) tried to manipulate sympathy from April.



1985: On GENERAL HOSPITAL, Ginny (Judith Chapman) slept with Derek.



1986: Lynn Herring debuted on GENERAL HOSPITAL as Lucy Coe.

1989: On AS THE WORLD TURNS, a confident Emily (Melanie Smith) told Susan she figured out that Hal was Adam's father.



1989: On GUIDING LIGHT, Rick (Michael O'Leary) was faced with a difficult decision regarding Meredith's baby.

1996: The Museum of Television & Radio celebrated 30 years of AS THE WORLD TURNS with an event moderated by television curator Ron Simon. Simon made opening remarks about the series' emphasis on character over plot, and then introduced a screening of clips from the 1950s through 1996. After the screening, the following individuals joined Simon on stage: veteran cast members Helen Wagner, Don Hastings, and Martha Byrne; director Maria Wagner; head writers Henry Stern and Stephen Black; and executive producer John Valente.

2007: On ALL MY CHILDREN, Jenny Martin was born.



2008: On THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL, Ridge (Ronn Moss) told Ashley (Eileen Davidson) not to see Storm.
