Season Premiere of 'Signed, Sealed, Delivered' Posts 1.6 Household Rating

Hallmark Channel's newest original scripted series, Signed, Sealed, Delivered, touched audiences on Sunday night, posting a 1.6 household rating with 1.414 million homes. Following the success of Cedar Cove, and When Calls the Heart, Hallmark Channel continues to build an audience for its original scripted episodic programming with the premiere telecast of Signed, Sealed, Delivered reaching over 2.1 million unduplicated viewers. In addition, the series debut ranked among the top 10 in key demo ratings for the Sunday 8-9 pm period, placing #3 in households (1.6 rating) and total viewers (.8 rating).

“We are so proud of Signed, Sealed, Delivered and thrilled with its solid performance right out of the gate,” said Michelle Vicary, executive vice president of programming and network publicity. “Each episode is driven by the kind of powerful, emotionally resonant storytelling that our audience loves, and we are confident the show's audience will continue to grow as the season goes on."

New episodes of Signed, Sealed, Delivered, created by Touched by an Angel executive producer Martha Williamson and starring Eric Mabius, will air on Hallmark Channel for 10 consecutive Sundays.

Signed, Sealed, Delivered follows a quartet of unlikely heroes led by the charming Oliver (Eric Mabius), who focuses their efforts on the most urgent cases. The team includes technophile Shane (Kristin Booth), free-spirited Rita (Crystal Lowe) and oddly intuitive Norman (Geoff Gustafson). The group's missions take them out of The Office into an unpredictable world where redirected letters and packages can save lives, solve crimes, reunite old loves, and change futures by arriving late, yet miraculously on time.
