The Indie Series Awards, hosted by Carolyn Hennesy, will take place on April 2, 2014 at the historic El Portal Theatre in North Hollywood.

Tilton is nominated for her work in DeVanity. She is best known for playing the role of "Lucy Ewing" on the smash primetime hit Dallas. Her many television appearances include The Love Boat, Eight is Enough, Fantasy Island and Murder, She Wrote. Film credits include Edge of Salvation, Hemingway and Diary of a Teenage Hitchhiker. In 2012, she appeared as a contestant on the British ice-skating show, Dancing on Ice.
Lakin made her film debut at age 11 in TNT’s The Rose and The Jackal. She is still remembered fondly for her work as “Al” in the sitcom Step By Step, which ran for a successful 7 seasons. Lakin voices multiple roles on FOX’s Family Guy, most notably as news anchor “Joyce Kinney”. She also stars in a recurring role on ABC Family’s Melissa & Joey. Other TV credits include True Blood, Breaking In, The Hard Times of RJ Berger. Her film credits include New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, Reefer Madness, You Again and the feature adaption of Veronica Mars. She will be appearing in the upcoming zombie comedy web series Acting Dead.
Zenk is nominated for her work in Thurston, and will soon be appearing in Tainted Dreams, nominated this year for best ensemble. She is best known to millions of fans as "Barbara Ryan" on the iconic daytime drama As the World Turns, a role she played continuously from 1978 until the show left the airwaves in 2010, earning her three Emmy Award nominations. Zenk made her film debut in John Huston's adaptation of the Broadway musical Annie. Her other film credits include Woman on the Ledge, You'd Better Watch Out, and indie film Libby. On Broadway she starred opposite Chita Rivera and Donald O'Connor in Bring Back Birdie.
Sebastian La Cause
La Cause is nominated for his work on Hustling as an actor, writer and producer. He was named Best Lead Actor in a Drama the past two years, and won last year as part of the winning Hustling ensemble . His Broadway Credits include "Rocky Horror Picture Show," "Chicago" and "A Chorus Line." Film credits include Keep The Lights On, Bear City, Ghost Town and Chicago. On television La Cause has appeared in numerous series including Homeland, Gossip Girl, Law & Order: SVU, Days of Our Lives and Orange Is The New Black.
Martsolf is most widely recognized for his six-year popular portrayal of Ethan Winthrop on NBC's daytime drama,Passions, and his current role as "Brady Black" in Days of our Lives. The last two decades of Eric's career is nothing short of a testament to his versatility as an actor; successfully completing over 1,500 theatrical performances and 2,000+ television episodes. He spent four years as the Pharaoh in Andrew Lloyd Webber's, "Joseph & The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat," earning rave reviews. He will be appearing in the upcoming zombie comedy web series Acting Dead.
Lowder is nominated for for his work in DeVanity. He was seen by millions of television viewers with roles in daytime dramas The Bold and the Beautiful (as "Rick Forrester") and Days of Our Lives (as "Brady Black"), earning an Emmy nomination in 2003. His recent stage credits include the hit musical "Rock of Ages" and the lead in "Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat."
Clare is nominated for her work in Clutch. She has received an ISA nomination for 4 consecutive years, including three for her lead work as "Tori" in the hit teen drama Miss Behave. Her recent film credits include The Kitchen, By God's Grace, and Alien Abduction, which hits theaters April 4th. Her numerous television appearances include Suburgatory, Victorious
, Castle and her award winning performance as pre-teen "Abby Deveraux" on Days of our Lives. Clare stars in the upcoming zombie comedy web series Acting Dead.
Hip-Flores is nominated for her work in Producing Juliet. She won in 2010 for her work as "Vivian McMillan" in Anyone But Me and has four nominations overall. Her other credits include Gossip Girl, web mini-series Good People in Love, and the short film Lucrecia. She is an active performer in the NYC independent theater scene, most notably with the award winning Flux Theater Ensemble and Judith Shakespeare Company, as well as a director and teaching artist.
Hansis is nominated for his work in EastSiders. Hansis was nominated for three daytime Emmys for his portrayal of Luke Snyder in the long-running CBS soap opera As the World Turns. Other film and television credits include Nikita, The Mentalist, Psych and the feature film Occupant which premiered at the Gotham Screen Film Festival. His numerous stage credits include the NY premiere of Charles Busch’s “Die Mommie Die” at New World Stages, “Dance Dance Revolution,” “An Evening Honoring the Laramie Project” and multiple productions at the Williamstown Theatre Festival.
Willey is nominated for his work in Thurston, and is part of the Tainted Dreams nominated ensemble. After numerous Off-Broadway productions, including "Dust Off" with Dan Lauria, and stints on NBC's Another World and ABC's Ryan's Hope, he landed the role of Jackson Montgomery on All My Children, which he played from 1987 to 2011. Willey branched out into stand-up comedy in 1990 entertaining across the country, headlining at such famous comedy clubs as Caroline's in New York, Zanies in Chicago, and the Comedy Store in California. Recently, Willey has been touring the country in his one man show, "Wild Bill! An Evening with James Butler Hickok."
The Indie Series Awards are presented by We Love Soaps and the Indie Series Network, and produced this year by Roger Newcomb, Kevin Mulcahy Jr. and Susan Bernhardt.
