Head Writer Dayna Lynne North previews SINGLE LADIES
"Once I came on-board, we all brought these writers on. And so it has been a process of looking at, you know, again, drawing on our lives, and then looking at how do we take where these characters have been and then look at some new directions that we would like them to go. I think as the audience comes back to the coming episodes, we will absolutely continue to reward viewers in the same way. We have Felicia Price serving all of her delicious, evil fun. But, as the season goes on we continue to sort of unwrap her character. You’ll get to see her kind of reigning in the way that she does, and kind of lording over her great, fantastic music management firm that she has. And April is working for her. And they have this great back and forth, tête-à-tête."

    1. Love me some Michael Park. But if I'm remembering this right, Macheath doesn't sing "Mack the Knife," since it's about him (third person). I think a street vendor or policeman sings that memorable song in the prologue?
