CORONATION STREET star ‘molested and abused’ girl, court hears
Prosecutors are painting Coronation Street star Michael Le Vell, who plays mechanic Kevin Webster, as a twisted monster.
Le Vell’s lawyer Alisdair Williamson asked the girl if she was certain she was right about the exact time she told police the alleged rapes had happened.
He then accused the girl — now 17 — of inventing when the incidents occurred.
Williamson said: “It was because it didn’t happen, did it?”
The teenager answered: “Yeah, it did.”
