Former ANOTHER WORLD child actress Lindsay Lohan is earning praise for poking fun at herself on Monday's CHELSEA LATELY as she filled in for Chelsea Handler.  Brad Wollack, Fortune Feimster and Jen Kirkman joined her on the roundtable panel.

In her monologue, Lohan started with, "Chelsea's not here, but I did see someone who looked like her moving into my old room at Cliffside," said Lohan, referring to the rehab facility she left on July 30 after completing a court-ordered 90-day program.

"So I've been through a lot lately, and I've got a lot of people to thank for that, most notably the celebrities who kept the tabloid industry alive in my absence," she explained, citing Anthony Weiner and Kanye West, whom she thanked for "acting like a baby and making a baby."

She also thanked Justin Bieber "for being where you shouldn't, spitting where you shouldn't and wearing your pants where you shouldn't."

And finally, she said, "Most of all, I would like to thank the one person who's captured the worldwide attention of all of the tabloids: the royal baby." At that point, sidekick Chuy Bravo strolled out dressed in a onesie and wearing a crown.

Later, Lohan tested her own interviewing skills with ORPHAN BLACK (and former AS THE WORLD TURNS and THE BAY) star Dylan Bruce. The duo discussed getting naked on camera.

During her closing remarks, the actress said: "I'm proud to have hosted the first episode in Chelsea Lately history that did not feature a salacious headline about Lindsay Lohan."
