  1. 29 June 1956 was not only the last airdate of YOUNG WIDDER BROWN on NBC but the last NBC airing of THE RIGHT TO HAPPINESS before the move to CBS daytime, Carolyn's growing questions about Jack Townsend's honesty were heightened on 2 July by the appearance of a mysterious stranger at Debbie's wedding who turned out to be assistant D.A. Lee MacDonald (played by John Larkin, who'd been Carolyn's deceased husband ex-Governor Miles Nelson who'd died a couple of years previously in the story).
