1967: On ANOTHER WORLD, Bill was dejected over not being able to see Missy.

1979: On THE EDGE OF NIGHT, Wade Meecham died at the Monticello Arms.

1984: On GUIDING LIGHT, Mindy visited an abortion clinic.



1987: On AS THE WORLD TURNS, John and Bob awaited news of the hospital's decision.



1992: Louise Sorel debuted as Vivian Alamain in DAYS OF OUR LIVES. Vivian arrived just in time to shoot and kill Alfonse LeBeque (James Cooper), who was holding her nephew, Lawrence Alamain (Michael Sabatino) at gunpoint.



1994: On ALL MY CHILDREN, Erica was convinced Kendall had kidnapped Bianca.



2004: On THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL, Taylor's ghost visited.



2004: Actress Mercedes McCambridge died at age 87. She was an early cast member of THE GUIDING LIGHT radio soap opera.

2007: Telenovela LA VIUDA DE BLANCO (The Blanco's Widow), the remake of a Colombian soap opera of the same name, ended its run on Telemundo.
