GREY'S ANATOMY Preview: "Can't Fight This Feeling" With Guest Star Sarah Chalke

GREY'S ANATOMY's ninth season continues on Thursday, March 28 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.

In "Can't Fight This Feeling", a gas tanker explodes on a Seattle highway, causing multiple injuries -- including paramedic Matthew; Meredith and Jo help a frantic mother (Sarah Chalke) whose child is suffering from a mysterious illness; and Owen bonds with a young boy whose parents are in critical condition. Meanwhile true colors are revealed when Alex is forced to work with Jo's boyfriend on an ailing patient.

The mysterious illness story is based on Sarah Chalke's own experience in dealing with her son's diagnosis of Kawasaki Disease, an illness that inflames blood vessels in the body and is difficult to diagnose - which is why Chalke was so willing to share her family's story in hopes of helping others affected by the disease who may not know it.
