WATCH: THE GROVE Series Premiere

Crystal Chappell's brand new web series, THE GROVE, has premiered! THE GROVE tells the story of two families "living, loving, and fighting in a small central California town." Chappell stars along with Robert S. Woods, Jordan Clarke, Jessica Leccia, Beth Maitland, Bobbie Eakes, Michelle Stafford, Lindsey Godfrey, Harrison White, Patrick Kilian, Nadia Bjorlin, Christian LeBlanc, Peter Reckell, Judi Evans and Mark Hapka.

Check out the pilot episode of THE GROVE below (one hour, nine minutes) and let us know what you think.

UPDATE:
I just finished watching in HD with a laptop connected to a 52" TV in my living room. The show looks great, has an amazing cast, and the story draws you in.

We Love Soaps just released our our Best of 2012 list and the lack of Beth Maitland on THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS was on it (Biggest Waste of Talent). THE GROVE has rectified that situation! And Maitland's daughter is played by a wacky Nadia Bjorlin.  This hysterical duo could be one of the great mother/daughter teams on TV or the web.

ONE LIFE TO LIVE alum Robert S. Woods is fantastic as the father of the flawed Moynihan family.

Crystal Chappell and Jessica Leccia have great chemistry together as Nico and Ivy, and amazingly have a different chemistry on each show they've starred in together (GUIDING LIGHT, VENICE and now THE GROVE).

I don't want to give too much away so watch and enjoy!

Be sure to follow THE GROVE on Twitter at @GroveTheSeries.

  12. Nadia definitely carried her scenes even without dialogue... my favourite Nadia scene was the porch scene when they are trying to order something online, Nadia, Bobbie and Beth...all awesome but especially Nadia, she was too funny.

my favorite scene of Jess/Crystal was when Ivy meets Nico and she repairs her car which was full of Ivy delectable s LOL and the scene by the pool, brought back the GL memories. I loved the scene between Jess/Nadia/Linsey. Awesome.

Bob woods scene at the bar when he was tossing Nico and Ivy on their marriage LMAO!! too funny
