Michael Graziadei has opted to leave THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS at the end of his current contract. He has played Daniel Romalotti since 2004. On November 30, the cast gathered for a good-bye party on set, with Michelle Stafford (Phyllis), Joshua Morrow (Nick) and Peter Bergman (Jack) offering parting words. "Another scene with my Grazzzzz # reallycrying," tweeted Stafford that day. Graziadei's will air for the final time on January 3, 2013.

Daniel moved out of Genoa City. His last airdate was originally yesterday but the Newtown pre-emption shifted it back a day.
I won't miss Daniel.
