Jack Wagner Returning To GENERAL HOSPITAL On February 4

Jack Wagner is returning to GENERAL HOSPITAL as Frisco Jones, according to TV Guide Magazine.
Sources tell TV Guide Magazine that longtime suds fave Jack Wagner has not only struck a deal to return to ABC's General Hospital, he's already on the set secretly shooting. Wagner, who played cop turned spy Frisco Jones, during the '80s and '90s, was last seen on the soap in 1995.

Wagner is part of a stellar parade of old-time faves returning to celebrate GH's upcoming 50th anniversary.
Wagner revealed he had been contacted by GH in early 2012 about a possible return.

"There was a call in February when I'd committed to DANCING WITH THE STARS also declined B&B's recent invite to return for Stephanie's teary farewell. "GENERAL HOSPITAL is always dear to my heart and I'm really happy Kristina's back. She still looks so beautiful. Kristina and I haven't talked about it, but I have a feeling if I went back that would probably garner just a little bit of attention."

Wagner was most recently seen as Nick Marone in THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL. There is no word on how long he will stick around GH.

UPDATED:
According to ACCESS HOLLYWOOD, Wagner's first episode will air on February 4, just a week before the return of another famous GH face – Genie Francis as Laura Spencer on February 11.

  1. One face that I have not heard returning that I hope does return. That is Rachael Ames who played Audrey Hardy. I realize she retired but she should be there for the 50th anniversary of the show.
