Cameron Mathison & Jennie Garth Start Production This Week On New ABC Family Film 'Home Again'

Jennie Garth & Cameron Mathison were past contestants on DANCING
WITH THE STARS
Muse Entertainment, in association with ABC Family, will begin production this week on the new original Thanksgiving movie Home Again (working title). Jennie Garth (BEVERLY HILLS 90210; WHAT I LIKE ABOUT YOU) and Cameron Mathison (ALL MY CHILDREN; GOOD MORNING AMERICA; DANCING WITH THE STARS) will star in the movie, which is set to premiere as part of the network’s annual “Countdown to 25 Days of Christmas” programming event in November, 2013. Also cast in the movie is Mary Kay Place (The Big Chill, THE WEST WING; MARY HARTMAN, MARY HARTMAN).

In the movie, Melody (Garth), a high powered corporate workaholic for a retail conglomerate, is happy to spend the holidays jet-setting with her girlfriends. However, she’s in for an unpleasant surprise when her boss sends her to her sleepy hometown to convince the reluctant townspeople to allow them to build a new discount store. Now, forced to reconnect with her family and her childhood sweetheart Carter (Mathison), her task is not so simple, as all are vehemently opposed to everything Melody’s company stands for. Desperate to get out of town and back to her “real” life, Melody takes a spill and wakes up in an alternate universe where she never left home and is married to Carter! Once determined to leave her small town life behind, Melody must make sense of her new life and decide if you truly can go home again.

ALL MY CHILDREN fans have been speculating whether or not Mathison would be part of Prospect Park's online version of the show set to start production on February.

"[For] those asking, I'm not sure if I'll be part of the new AMC," he tweeted Monday. "I'm lucky to be working these days, so I'm working on the scheduling. Hope so!"
