ONE LIFE TO LIVE alum Scott Evans (younger brother of film star Chris Evans) has been charged with trying to buy cocaine off an undercover police officer, a felony, according to a new report from TMZ.Last week, we reported the arrest of Evans following the alleged drug deal.
A rep for the L.A. County District Attorney tells TMZ, Evans was charged with one count of attempted possession of a controlled substance. He's due in court today for his arraignment.
Evans played Officer Oliver Fish in ONE LIFE TO LIVE.
UPDATE:
Evans appeared in criminal court with high-powered lawyer Shepard Kopp and entered a plea of not guilty to the cocaine charge. He's due back in court on January 14th.
