In "Blue Christmas," Zoe (Rachel Bilson) finds herself anxious that her ever-critical mother will be visiting BlueBell soon for the holidays. In order to avoid spending quality time with her mother, she busies herself with a patient but potentially ruins Christmas Eve for the whole town. Trying to fix the problem, Zoe upsets Wade (Wilson Bethel) by turning to his dad (guest star Christopher Curry).
Meanwhile, Lavon (Cress Williams) is desperate to make the week special for Ruby (guest star Golden Brooks), but his plan goes awry when Lemon (Jaime King) gets involved. Elsewhere, George (Scott Porter) is struggling with picking out the perfect present for Tansy (guest star Mircea Monroe).

I felt so bad for Lavon. I don’t think Ruby should have gotten that upset about it, but Lemon should have also not said anything about it. With so much on TV on Tuesday nights, it’s hard to watch everything I want to. Since my Hopper can record up to six shows at once, I don’t have to worry about any DVR conflicts. I love wade and I was so excited to see them get back together. A co-worker of mine from DISH was excited as well. It was good to see Wade show some feelings, and not act like he doesn’t care. I cannot wait for the show to come back from the winter break.
