Daytime TV Ratings Week of September 3-7, 2012: THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL Up In Total Viewers

The daytime soap opera ratings are in for the week of September 3-7, 2012, and THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL was the only show up in Total Viewers (+87,000). THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS was the only show up in Women 18-49 viewers (+8,000).

4. DAYS OF OUR LIVES 2,458,000 (-113,000/-101,000)

Y&R was also up in the Women 18-34 demo (+.1) and Men 18+ viewers (+44,000).

Meanwhile, this week GENERAL HOSPITAL is averaging a 2.3 rating/8 share in households (through Wednesday) based on the 56-metered (overnight) markets.

  1. Not a good week for DAYS. I think the Nick Fallon plotline came out of nowhere and alienated newer viewers. But it was nice to see Julie, Maggie and Caroline get some screen time.
