1964: On ANOTHER WORLD, Pat begged Alice to dip into her savings account to loan her enough money to buy a new bathing suit. 

1967: On DAYS OF OUR LIVES, Susan decided to give David a divorce.

1979: RYAN'S HOPE (Drama Series, Writing and Directing), Irene Dailey, Al Freeman, Jr., Suzanne Rogers and Peter Hansen all took home awards at the 6th Annual Daytime Emmys.

1980: On THE EDGE OF NIGHT, Logan told Geraldine and Nicole that Raven abducted Jaimey.



1985: A "Royal Wedding" took place on the season finale of DYNASTY. This is commonly referred to as the "Moldavian Massacre" episode.

1998: At the 25th Daytime Emmys, Susan Lucci lost for the 18th consecutive time (she would finally win in 1999). Winners were ALL MY CHILDREN (Drama Series, Writing), Cynthia Watros, Eric Braeden, Julia Barr, Steve Burton, Sarah Brown and Jonathan Jackson.

2007: The final episode of GILMORE GIRLS aired.
