The daytime Nielsen ratings are in for the week of April 30-May 4, 2012. GENERAL HOSPITAL and THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL improved in total viewers from the week before. Both shows, along with DAYS OF OUR LIVES, are up in viewers from a year ago. GH also saw a week-to-week bump in Women 18-49 viewers (B&B is the only daytime soap to show year-over-year growth in that demo). From SON:
