THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS actor Sean Kanan tweeted on Tuesday morning that Deacon would be gone from Genoa City in "five more shows." Well it's just a two weeks before Xmas and the PTB have just let me know that I will be gone from GC in five more shows.merry Xmas. Thank you all for your kindness and support. Not sure what the future has in store for me but as long as I have Michele and my family I'm ok. Playing the "villain" is not easy. Supposedly I will be coming back. Let's hope soaps still around then. Guess I can finish my next book.What do you think of the news? Our Twitter followers instantly suggested Kanan return the character to THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL.

ReplyDeleteHe has to go back to B&B. A talent like Sean was wasted on that crap fest that Y&R is these days anyway.
ReplyDeleteHope needs her daddy, B&B needs to use some history instead of doing some of their stories, like stealing designs, over and over again.
B&B needs to pick him up! He has history on that show and a daughter with a main character. I want to see him introduce himself to his grown daughter and play that out going up against Ridge who seems to favor his biological daughter Steffy these days. It would be NEW material for the B&B!
ReplyDeleteTalk about another example of how the writing at Y&R has gone down the drain. Start a potentially landscape changing storyline and write out the major character as soon as it starts. His marriage to Nicki JUST happened!
