With a battle for viewers looming, pitting DOWNTON ABBEY against EASTENDERS and ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS on Christmas Day, BBC1 is heading into the festive ratings war with ITV1.
EASTENDERS fire scenes are spectacular, says Nitin Ganatra
Ganatra, who plays Masood Ahmed, told Inside Soap of the upcoming fire plot: "It was really exciting to do. There's a lot of action and it's spectacular. It takes place on Boxing Day and there are lots of twists and turns. What happens next is amazing."
