NEWS: Bomshell For Syed On 'ENDERS, Matt Ashford Play, Ed Flesh, Stuart Damon

EASTENDERS bombshell drops for Syed
Inside Soap magazine reports that Syed's wife Amira (Preeya Kalidas) will return to Albert Square - with their child.

A source told the magazine: "Last year, Amira left Walford a heartbroken woman. When she finds out Syed is planning to marry Christian (John Partridge), she's totally furious.

"Amira is a manipulative lady, and her presence is set to turn the lives of the Masoods upside down. Has she moved on from her husband - or will she just do whatever she can to get her man back?"

Ed Flesh, Designer of the Wheel on WHEEL OF FORTUNE, Dies at 79
Flesh also served as a senior art director on DAYS OF OUR LIVES and worked on several games shows. He is survived by his partner of 44 years, David Powers.

Matthew Ashford will star opposite his wife in "I Do! I Do!"
Ashford (THE BAY; DAYS OF OUR LIVES) will star as Michael and Christina Saffran Ashford will play Agnes.

Former OLTL producer joins THE CHEW
Todd Garrin, formerly an assistant producer on ONE LIFE TO LIVE, has joined the production staff of ABC's upcoming daytime show, THE CHEW.

Stuart Damon's Back On GENERAL HOSPITAL
Damon is returning to the show by late summer as the long-dead Alan Quartermaine. He begins taping next week.
