  1. I'm sorry I was happy with most of the winners but Brittany Allen? Really? Lexi Ainsworth was robbed!

  2. I felt that the whole Emmy program was condescending with hardly a mention of One Life to Live and All My Children's cancellations--except for that gratuitously embarrassing skit with Susan Lucci and her daughter, Liza Huber. The whole show was like a deathbed scene where 98 year old grandma is hanging on by a thread and a room full of relatives anxiously await her last breath. I was expecting a good telecast, but the whole experience left me extremely depressed for this dying medium.
    1) I do not care about Oprah; 2) I don't care about game shows; 3) West Coast soap days are numbered--and anyone who thinks otherwise is clearly in denial. Thanks for letting me put in my two cents worth.

  3. The show once again was an Embarrassment. Most of the 2 hr show was not entertaining. It was like watching a 2 hr PSA. They honored Oprah, but she was a no show! The GH wins were well deserved. The bland and boring, Brittany Allen over the worth Lexi? No clips to show WHY these actors won? OLTL deserved to win directing but was robbed. The vegas informerical continued. First they they lost the gays for having it in June during Pride, then they lost the Dads by airing it on Fathers Day, now they just lost everyone else by not even honoring soaps the right way.

  4. What a waste of 2 hours. It was nothing more than a commercial for Las Vegas. Daytime was secondary. The great talent performing on daytime television desired so much more than what they got.
