Sherri Saum lands lead in ABC drama pilot GRACE
A dysfunctional family drama set in the world of professional dance, the show centers on Michael Grace (Eric Roberts), a famous choreographer who tends to sleep with his dancers and has three daughters with different mothers. He is in danger of losing his studio until his daughter Sarah (Abigail Spencer), a dancer-turned-lawyer, decides to buy her father's studio and run it for him. Saum will play Grace's second daughter, a beautiful, bright Bohemian artist. She's Sarah's half-sister and best friend.

Michael Learned and Granville Van Dusen find unexpected love in "Southern Comforts"
Four-time Emmy award-winning actress Michael Learned and veteran actor Granville Van Dusen find unexpected love in Kathleen Clark's perceptively witty and poignant play, "Southern Comforts," directed by Jules Aaron. The four-week run opens March 18 at International City Theatre in the Long Beach Performing Arts Center. Low-priced previews take place on March 15, 16 and 17.

Daniel McVicar takes part in " Isola dei famosi show"
In a touching interview granted to Vanity Fair magazine, Daniel McVicar talked about the grief over his son’s recent death in a car accident. The American actor who became famous worldwide for his role in THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL has decided to take part in the new season of L’isola dei famosi (the Italian version of SURVUVOR), despite his devastating pain. He told Vanity Fair that he hopes that this new adventure on a desert island will help him come to terms with his son’s sudden death.

CORONATION STREET star opens Norwich store
Andy Whyment swapped the cobbled streets of Weatherfield for Norwich when he paid a visit to the city to open a new store. The actor, who plays Kirk Sutherland in the ITV soap opera, was at the new Poundland store at Riverside Retail Park for the shop’s official opening party on Saturday.

Colin Egglesfield to play Tucker Longstreet in Lifetime's Carnal Innocence
Egglesfield will portray Tucker Longstreet, the charming and attractive Southern aristocrat who becomes a suspect in a serial murder case, in Lifetime's version of Nora Roberts' 1991 novel.

Chris Stack to appear in limited run of "The Umbrella Plays" 3/31-4/10
The original production of The Umbrella Plays received the award for Outstanding Play at the New York City Fringe Festival, 2008. The team is thrilled to have been invited to be part of the 2010-2011 theater season at The Tank (45th St. in NYC), and to have the opportunity to revive the piece.

  2. Sherri Saum is a great actress. Congratulations to her for her casting.

    Judith Chapman is wonderful actress. I miss her days as a leading actress on Y&R when her Gloria brought mischief and mayhem on a daily basis. I hope that she's allowed the same kind of months' long storylines that Tracey Bregman has enjoyed these last 10 years.
