NEWS: Agnes Nixon Honored, Kyle Lowder, Coles Whalen, Silbermann

Agnes Nixon honored at Knock Out Abuse gala
"When Leslie Morgan Steiner -- a former [Washington] Post exec, now author of a memoir about her abusive first marriage -- took the stage, they grew respectfully silent. A career-achievement prize went to legendary soap opera producer Agnes Nixon (small world: she's the event chair's mother-in-law) which led to delicious video clips of Susan Lucci on a very special domestic-violence episode of ALL MY CHILDREN, and some charming anecdotes: The military wife ('it's Veterans' Day') who once called the producer and said she was refusing to ship out with her husband to Germany "unless you tell me what happens to Donna and Chuck!'"

Music On FargoTube Featured In VENICE
"Hurricane" by Coles Whalen, an early content partner with F3's FargoTube music and entertainment service, was featured in this week's episode of VENICE. Coles Whalen and her label, Strange Records, began using FargoTube as their primary channel for direct online sales with the platform's launch in June 2010. Whalen's "tube" on the service has drawn notice from fellow musicians and received several hundred hits since the newest VENICE episode became available Wednesday afternoon.

  1. I like the fact that In the heat of the Night represented MS. While filmed first season in Hammond, Lousianna then moved onto Covington,Georgia, until its final run in 94.

SO COOL about the news of Anges Nixon, Kyle Lowder, Coles Whalen and Jake.

Dukes of Hazzard I wished they kept the production in Covington Georgia after the first season. But moving it to Los Angeles was a better choice making decision.
