AUCTION: OLTL Video Tape and Bonus DVD

Hillary B. Smith is currently auctioning some wonderful items to raise money for the Willie-Coppee Fund. The latest auction item, a video tape of Hillary scenes (with bonus DVD) from her personal collection, is now up for bid.

The Willie-Coppee Fund is a joint charitable endeavor between Smith and her good friend, television writer and multiple-best-selling author Lindsay Harrison, and services clients of the CA-based Sherman Oaks Veterinary Group. The fund was established several years ago to honor the memory of their beloved dogs, Willie (Lindsay's Bichon Frise) and Coppee (Hillary's Golden Retriever), and serves to discreetly assist pet owners who may be struggling with overwhelming veterinary bills. Endowments that assist pet owners are incredibly important in today's challenged economy, as countless individuals are unable to provide routine care and medically necessary services for their furry friends.

Calling all fans of Hillary B. Smith, Robert S. Woods, Catherine Hickland, Ty Treadway and/or “One Life to Live” in general:

This is a video tape, and bonus DVD copy, from the personal collection of Hillary Smith, unprofessionally but earnestly homemade by a friend of hers at the time these shows aired. These are Hillary’s scenes and only Hillary’s scenes from “OLTL,” imperfect and a true vintage tape, which is to say it hasn’t improved in quality over the past ten years. But Hillary personally screened it before offering it for sale and assures you that it’s thoroughly watchable and a genuine treasure for fans of any or all of the above.

This is a one-of-a-kind item. We’ve made no additional copies to list again in the future, and it will arrive with a handwritten note from Hillary to help guarantee its authenticity.

The original air dates were January 31 – July 14, 2000. At the beginning of the tape, Nora (Hillary Smith) pieces together the very cruel trick Lindsay (Catherine Hickland) played on her and Bo (Robert S. Woods) during their marriage and decides to expose it in the midst of Lindsay and Bo’s wedding. After many resulting twists and turns, Nora and several other Llanview locals are the victims of a devastating train wreck, from which Nora is abducted and held captive by Colin (Ty Treadway) for his own and Lindsay’s twisted reasons.
