Nicollette Sheridan Sues Marc Cherry

Nicollette Sheridan has sued Marc Cherry, the creator of DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES, alleging he struck her across the head and face on the set, and after she complained he fired her.

In the legal papers, obtained by TMZ, Sheridan is suing for more than $20 million for assault and battery, gender violence and wrongful termination.

In the lawsuit, Sheridan claims Cherry created a hostile work environment
from the get go, "behaving in an extremely abusive and aggressive manner toward the individuals who work on the show."

If the allegations are true, Marc Cherry deserves jail time!

What the hell is going on with D.H. is it still on? Did they not make very many? Last week there was 2hrs of Extreme Make Over, this week it's 2 hrs of Brothers and Sisters. Last time it was on was a rerun. Then for a couple of weeks it wasn't on. What the the hell?
