Emmy winner Jeff Branson (ex-Shayne, GL; ex-Jonathan, AMC) has been cast in a contract role on the No. 1 soap. He will start filming in three weeks.

Another GUIDING LIGHT star will be calling Genoa City home: THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS has cast Jeff Branson (ex-Shayne) to play newcomer Ronan Malloy. The move to Y&R reunites Branson with former GL co-stars Marcy Rylan (Abby; GL's Lizzie) and John Driscoll (Chance; GL's Coop). Look for Branson to make his Y&R debut on Tuesday, June 22, when Ronan is hired as Chance's new partner.

I believe Ronan Malloy will turn out to be the child Nina Webster gave birth too years ago. The child that was stolen by the evil witch that ran the home for unwed mothers. I can't remember the characters name but she later played the role of Sally Spectra on the Bold and the Beautiful.
