Julianne on Helen Wagner: "Still Giving Us Acting Tips"

Last night Showbiz 411 spoke with Julianne Moore, who will making a one-day return appearance on AS THE WORLD TURNS on April 5 as Frannie Hughes.

Moore won a Daytime Emmy playing lookalike cousins on the show. She will only play one for the return. What happened to the other one? “I’m not in touch with her,” the four time Oscar nominee quipped at the Chloe premiere last night in New York.

She says she loved being reunited with her soap family, including 92 year old show matriarch Helen Wagner, who plays her grandmother. “She’s still giving us acting tips,” Moore recalls.

Moore stars in Chloe with another former AS THE WORLD TURNS actress, Amanda Seyfried.

  1. The more I read about JM's time on set during this visit, the more I love her. I was already a fan, and had fond memories of her days on ATWT, but my appreciation has grown tenfold. Such a class act.

  2. Just love Nancy can't wait for scenes with Moore, I love the scenes she has with Katie and when Brad died, great acting. Both classy women. I'm still holding out hope that ATWT gets picked up, but I know it doesn't have a chance. I try not to read all the phony information out there.
