COMMENTS FROM THE PANEL:
Connie Passalacqua Hayman (Marlena De Lacroix): The young girl and the woman -- what an extraordinary actress! We watched her Angie grow up from a teenager. Lorraine Broderick should make her the heart of the new AMC!

Alan Carter: Fans today might have trouble reconciling the tough doctor with the teen who started as a talk-to to Jesse.

Damon L. Jacobs: Want to know what makes Debbi Morgan the success she is today? Then take one look in her eyes.  In every scene she is in, whether it's playing struggling Dr. Angie on ALL MY CHILDREN, LOVING, or THE CITY, or even as the tortured psychic in Eve's Bayou, you'll see those eyes seeking for honesty, for integrity, and for dignity.  The magnificent Ms. Morgan consistently channels women that are searching for peace within the truth in themselves and others.  This is what keeps us viewers fascinated, mesmerized, and utterly in awe of her talents and intuitive choices.  I am so glad she has returned to daytime and is raising the bar of her co-workers in every episode she appears.

Roger Newcomb: Debbi Morgan had such a presence on screen that I was immediately drawn into her storyline. The chemistry between Morgan and Darnell Williams was so incrdible they became an instant sensation, and developed a loyal fanbase that begged for their returns to ALL MY CHILDREN years after they left. Daytime television is better for having such a classy and talented actress as Debbi Morgan on our screens.

COMMENTS FROM CO-STARS/CO-WORKERS/INDUSTRY:
Rebecca Budig: (works with Morgan on AMC) Debbi Morgan is the most genuine actor. She's very generous and a lot of fun. She's incredible. I had some scenes before I left [ALL MY CHILDREN last year) and I just think she's fantastic.

Victoria Rowell: (fellow actress) I love Debbi. Her body of work and her performances speak for themselves. She should have been nominated for an Oscar. She's so lovely and I'm proud to know her.

  1. Congrat's to Ms.Debbi Morgan! A well deserved honor for all she has done on AMC as well as other soaps and movies. I agree with everybody, Debbi is amazing actress. And yes her eyes tell it all. In a scene she doesn't have to say a word to get her point across and that is what makes an actress an amazing actress.

    Again well deserved!

  2. Yay Debbi! Whether its film or TV, Ms. Morgan is never less than believable, never over the top, and always REAL. She should have been Oscar nominated for Eve's Bayou. Selfishly, if she had been, she may have never come back to AMC, and I would have hated that!

Watch the clips from when Jesse "died" and when Angie and Jesse reunited...20 years apart and so full of power.
