According to Entertainment Weekly, 32-year-actress Brittany Murphy died Sunday morning from cardiac arrest. She entertained many of us by playing her character roles in the movies Clueless, 8 Mile and Sin City, as well as the voice Luanne on the series KING OF THE HILL. Soap viewers will recall one of her first roles as Abby on Fox's PARTY OF FIVE in 1994.
In recent years, Murphy dabbled increasingly in music, collaborating with Paul Oakenfold on the 2006 single "Faster Kill Pussycat" and performing on the soundtrack to the huge box office hit Happy Feet with covers of songs by Earth Wind and Fire and Queen
Here at We Love Soaps we send our blessings to Ms. Murphy's family and loved ones. Another great talent has been taken from us way too soon.
