Stuart Damon just finished up a stint as Ralph on AS THE WORLD TURNS. Soap fans know him best as Alan Quartermaine on GENERAL HOSPITAL, a role he played for three decades. But Damon has a resume full of primetime television and film credits as well. Here are some of his most memorable non-soap roles.
CINDERELLA: Damon appeared as the Prince in this 1965 television version of the classic story opposite Lesley Ann Warren. In this clip he sings "Ten Minutes Ago."
THE CHAMPIONS: Damon did this promo for his 1968 series in which he played Craig Stirling. Here's a clip from the show.
THE SAINT: Damon played Rod Huston in this 1969 episode of the ITV/NBC series.
UFO: In 1971 Damon appeared as Howard Byrne in this "futuristic" ITV show set in the future - 1980.

I used to love watching The Champions on a Saturday afternoon when I was a kid. Never realised that was Stuart Damon in it.
Wow you learn something new every day.
