The 19th Annual Chiller Theatre Toy, Model and Film Expo took place at the Hilton in Parsippany, New Jersey this weekend. The convention brings together some of the biggest names in the horror genre to their fans. But it also brought out some stars that appeared in soaps as well.
ANOTHER WORLD fans will remember Brian Krause from his run as Matt Cory on ANOTHER WORLD in the late 1990s before Matt Crane returned to the role. He would later go on to a successful run on CHARMED.
Catherine Mary Stewart was the first Kayla Brady on DAYS OF OUR LIVES back in 1982. Her Kayla romanced David Banning and Chris Kositchek, who was played by Josh Taylor. Taylor now plays Roman, Kayla's brother. Stewart appeared on GUIDING LIGHT earlier this decade. Mary Beth Evans is best known for the role.
Jennilee Harrison had a run on THREE'S COMPANY as Cindy Snow, and later joined the cast of DALLAS in the role of Jamie Ewing.
Chiller Theatre was named after a late-night movie show that ran on WPIX from 1961 to 1983.
