DAYS OF OUR LIVES star Suzanne Rogers spoke with We Love Soaps on the red carpet at the 36th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards on Sunday, August 30th. She told us the secret of her staying power and shared how much she is enjoying having Maggie back at the forefront of many storylines and interacting with the younger characters.

Thanks for interviewing Suzanne Rogers and putting it up on your site. It was a treat to get to hear her out of character. Have not seen print or video on her for quite a while, so it's nice to touch base with a long time veteran of the show.
Why don't you try to get her for a longer interview? You're both such big fans- convince her to do a podcast.

I was one of the lucky ones to meet her on her trip Down Under about 10 years ago - what a pleasure. She's a true icon to the genre.
