LifeMinute.TV recently caught up with GENERAL HOSPITAL's Rebecca Herbst (Liz) to see how she is getting her glow on in preparation for the Daytime Emmys.
Rebecca says, "There’s so much to do for the Emmys and I really try to stick to a regular routine. Eating healthy, exercising, drinking plenty of water and I try to get enough sleep."
So you got the perfect bod in check, what about the perfect dress? Rebecca told LifeMinute.TV she’s having one specifically made for her.
"I’ve made my own dresses for the Emmys since I’ve been on GENERAL HOSPITAL. It’s something my mom and I do together. Last year I made a short little black dress and it turned out to be one of my favorites. And then for this year, I’m not quite sure what the dress is going to look like yet."
