A number of the GUIDING LIGHT articles published today mentioned the end date of the show as September 21. I have confirmed with GL that the end date is still September 18 and that any other date published is a mistake.LET'S MAKE A DEAL will debut on October 5. CBS will air reruns in GL's timeslot for two weeks before DEAL, hosted by Wayne Brady, premieres.
How much do you want to be that CBS will air reruns of the old Lets Make A Deal instead of GL. This time CBS has lost me I said this before when they canceled Moonlight, then I found GL now I'm done.

I really liked Moonlight ,Thank God for re-runs on the other channel, though...And now Guiding Light , with all it's history.All the way back to radio, it's so sad. My mom watched it, and then I started watching in 1980. and my daughter waches it now. I record it for her.Well, what else can I say ? Goodbye Springfield and all of it's people/ characters. You will be missed.
