"Boot Camp with Brody"

As part of National Love Our Children Day, ONE LIFE TO LIVE star Mark Lawson conducted "Boot Camp with Brody" at SoapStock Weekend on Saturday. He showed the kids (and a few adults) the proper technique for doing squats, push ups and sit ups. After the warm ups, they competed in teams of three to see who could do the most. At the end, Lawson competed against two kids and did the exercises so well and so fast, the kids eventually collapsed and fell over before he ever slowed down.
