Soap stars turned Triathletes for Triathlon to benefit cancer research

On Sunday, September 14, day-time television stars Winsor Harmon (THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL), Alec Musser (ALL MY CHILDREN) and Emily Warfield (DAYS OF OUR LIVES) will be racing 4 miles along the Zuma Beach sands, swimming ½ mile in the Pacific Ocean and biking 18 miles alongside other TV and movie celebrities, world-class athletes and people looking for a physical and mental challenge.

This culmination of athletes, actors and runners are raising funds for the Childrens Hospital Los Angeles and its Pediatric Cancer Research Program through the Nautica Malibu Triathlon--the only one of its kind and a Southern California tradition. This year, the organizers are hoping to raise more money than ever with the sold-out number of registrants, spectator fan-base and dedication and drive from participants such as Harmon, Musser and Warfield, who have used the cancer research goal to fuel their athletic fire.
